Life coaching & counseling can encompass a broad spectrum of services. In addition to helping individuals and couples improve their relationship, I offer the following services:

  • Personal development - in this arena, we’ll focus on areas of self-improvement and personal growth that you have identified.

  • Goal setting and achievement - we’ll work on clarifying your goals, creating action plans for meeting those goals, exploring ways to remain motivated when discouragement shows up, and providing a means for accountability.

  • Life transitions - many changes in life result in times of transition that can be challenging to manage. There’s always a letting go of the familiar and moving into unchartered territory. Coaching during these times of transition can help you to manage the changes in a positive way.

  • Grief coaching - life is filled with losses that can create difficult emotions, zap energy and motivation, and change life in profound ways. Coaching can help with both working through the experiences of grief and reconstructing life after loss.

  • Overcoming depression and anxiety - we’ll start by understanding how depression or anxiety show up for you, then move onto strategies to minimize the negative experiences and begin to move into a more grounded emotional space.

  • Improving self-esteem - it’s easy to feel like you aren’t enough in our culture. We’ll explore your strengths and use various strategies that allow you to begin to see yourself as valuable and valued.
